Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a leading automotive manufacturer in Paris, KY. This direct-hire, full-time position starts at $35.15/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential after moving to 2nd shift.

Training will begin on 1st shift, with transition to 2nd or 3rd shift. Candidates should have 4+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical skills, PLC/Fanuc/robotics experience, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Associate's or technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics; PLC experience a plus (Fanuc controls and robotics).
• Experience with CNC machining centers, stamping equipment, or automated equipment preferred.
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and plant shutdowns.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Install and maintain new production equipment.
• Complete work orders and document repairs performed.
• Work with production teams to improve equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Respond quickly to equipment downtime and production needs.
