Job summary

Fidelis Logistics is hiring a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.

Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting ability (electrical + mechanical).
• Ability to read diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
• Commitment to safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Repair or replace motors, sensors, wiring, switches, drives, and controls.
• Log repairs and parts in the CMMS.
• Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and modifications.
• Work with production to minimize downtime.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance to keep equipment running

• Use multimeters & electrical diagrams to diagnose issues

• Repair or replace motors, sensors, wiring, switches, drives, and controls

• Support PMs, parts changes, and machine adjustments

• Work with production to minimize downtime

• Log repairs and parts in the CMMS

• Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and modifications

Highly Preferred Experience

• PLC troubleshooting

• VFD experience

• Yaskawa robotics experience

• CMMS platforms
