Job summary

Fidelis Logistics is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running.

Use multimeters and diagrams to diagnose issues, repair or replace motors and sensors, and assist with installs and modifications. Growth into lead/supervisor roles is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting ability (electrical + mechanical).
• Ability to read diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
• Commitment to safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Use multimeters & electrical diagrams to diagnose issues.
• Repair or replace motors, sensors, wiring, switches, drives, and controls.
• Support PMs, parts changes, and machine adjustments.
• Work with production to minimize downtime.
• Log repairs and parts in the CMMS.
• Assist with equipment installs, upgrades, and modifications.

What You'll Do
