Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel for training when required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems on industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Identify root causes and implement long-term repairs to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Read schematics and manuals to diagnose issues.
• Inspect, repair, and replace components like bearings, belts, gears, motors.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance to resolve equipment issues.
• Document maintenance activities and ensure safety standards.
• Be available for on-call support during off-shifts.
