C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the St.

Paul, MN area (Baldinger Bakeries). The role focuses on preventative and corrective maintenance across production and facilities, with 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, three days one week and four days the next, on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has a minimum Associate Degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in manufacturing, and strong CMMS, welding, PLC, and mechanical troubleshooting

Qualifications

Minimum Associate Degree or equivalent years of experience.
5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to perform preventive and predictive maintenance per schedule.
Experience with CMMS to document maintenance activities.
Welding and metal fabrication skills; troubleshoot hydraulics/pneumatics.

Responsabilités

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per weekly schedule.
Investigate breakdowns using root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
Operate plant equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Record maintenance activities in CMMS; communicate findings to team leads.
Weld and fabricate as needed; understand and troubleshoot hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot PLCs and motor control devices; read schematics.
