Job summary

South6Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a Fall River, MA facility. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing injection-molding and compression-molding equipment, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial machinery, strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Work hours are 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including 120V-480V three-phase power.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Commitment to safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and production systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain and repair electrical equipment, motors, and drives.
• Read schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues.
• Document work orders and replacement parts used.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
