Compensation: $27-29/hr

We are a well-established manufacturing company located in East Cleveland, specializing in high-quality industrial components. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in furnace and heat treat operations to join our 1st shift team.

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heat treat furnaces, ovens, and related equipment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial heat treat and furnace equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and temperature control systems

• Maintain and calibrate thermocouples, burners, control panels, and other related components

• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to support production requirements

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and adhere to all safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Hands-on experience with furnace and/or heat treat systems strongly

• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications a plus
