Job summary

Westfall Technik Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for first shift (9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The role requires problem-solving, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or an associate degree in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Repair or replace defective components including motors, bearings, belts, sensors, pumps, and wiring.
• Maintain maintenance logs and CMMS records; identify trends and improvement opportunities.
