The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and proficiency with diagnostic tools, blueprints, and CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CMMS or similar maintenance software is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production machinery, tools, and facility systems (HVAC, compressors, electrical panels).
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Repair or replace defective components including motors, bearings, belts, sensors, pumps, valves, wiring.
• Perform welding, fabrication, or machining as needed for repair or modification.
• Participate in root cause analysis and kaizen activities to reduce downtime.
