Job summary

Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and equipment prints.
- Experience diagnosing equipment failures, not just replacing parts.
- Ability to work safely and independently.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to respond when production needs support.
- PLC troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, foundry, machining, or heavy industrial experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Industrial production and material-handling equipment.
- 480V electrical systems.
- Motors, starters, relays, sensors, and VFDs.
- Hydraulics and pneumatics.
- PLC-controlled equipment.
- Mechanical drive systems, bearings, chains, belts, and gearboxes.
- Preventive maintenance and equipment improvements.
