Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and equipment prints.
• Experience diagnosing equipment failures, not just replacing parts.
• Ability to work safely and independently.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to respond when production needs support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot industrial production and material-handling equipment.
• Work with 480V electrical systems, motors, relays, sensors, and VFDs.
• Maintain hydraulics and pneumatics; PLC-controlled equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment improvements.
• Support daily production, repairs, installations and improvement projects.
