Job summary

Printpack Inc. in Villa Rica, GA seeks a Multicraft Technician to maintain plant equipment and optimize operations. You will perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic work, use precision tools, and support electrical tasks on the 12-hour night shift.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on fabrication and machining experience, familiarity with CMMS, and strong problem-solving skills with a safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using manual and power tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot/repair mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic problems.
• Basic fabrication and machining skills.
• Use of precision measuring devices including micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, etc.
• Ability to repair plumbing issues and wiring as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use a systematic approach to analyze problems and evaluate solutions.
• Demonstrate machine shop skills including welding, fabrication and electrical basics.
• Follow mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic layouts and schematics.
• Track work performance using computer-based maintenance software.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and good housekeeping.
