Luxium Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment across our plant operations. This role supports crystal growth furnaces, production machinery, and facility systems, with independent handling of complex tasks and a focus on safety and equipment performance.

Responsibilities include on-call rotation, diverse repairs (electrical, HVAC, welding, plumbing), and installation of electrical and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• 3 years of industrial maintenance or facilities experience.
• 3 years of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pneumatic systems background with experience in industrial equipment maintenance or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• General machining skills such as lathes, mills and welding (mig,stick,tig).
• 3 years of experience in process cooling water systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring schematics, sketches, equipment service manuals and instructions.
• Basic PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• On-call availability on a rotating basis.
• Perform machinery repair, electrical, HVAC, welding, carpentry, plumbing and machine operation per OSHA and company standards.
• Assist with installation of electrical equipment; use DMM for testing voltage and resistance.
• Install plumbing equipment (copper up to 2”, PVC up to 6”, SS tubing up to ¾”).
• Fabricate or repair equipment using stick/MIG/TIG welding.
• Disassemble/reassemble production machinery and components to locate and repair defects.
• Remove and replace defective parts such as bushings, bearings, shafts, motors, pumps and transformers.
• Repair automated equipment using PLCs, PCs, and HMIs.
