Join our dynamic manufacturing team! We're seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our production equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on various industrial equipment, including hydraulic & pneumatic systems, electrical (AC/DC), mechanical systems (gearboxes, conveyors, pumps), and PLC systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment logs.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Basic understanding of PLC systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience with preventative maintenance software (CMMS) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.

The essential functions of this role include:

• Working in a smoke-free environment.
• Wearing steel-toe shoes.
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for 10 hours at a time.
