Job summary

val's services is seeking a maintenance technician to diagnose, repair, and prevent breakdowns on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production equipment. You will interpret schematics, support PLC-controlled systems, and maintain accurate repair records.

Role emphasizes adherence to safety procedures (LOTO, arc-flash) and keeping spare-parts inventory up to date, with a focus on reliability and proactive maintenance across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read schematics and apply preventive maintenance best practices.
• Experience supporting automated and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial safety requirements, including lockout/tagout and arc-flash safety.
• Proficiency in maintaining maintenance documentation and inventory records.
