As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing CNC machines and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues, as well as a commitment to adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of CNC machines to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure machine reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, executing repairs and part replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address complex machinery issues.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repair logs and schedules.
• Train machine operators in basic maintenance procedures and provide technical guidance.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a CNC machine shop or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive maintenance practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
