Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems across our manufacturing line in Twin Falls, Idaho.

You will diagnose and replace worn drive components, align shafts, and ensure bearings and mounts are correctly positioned to maximize reliability. You will use multimeters and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical/control issues and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, while keeping accurate maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience with maintaining conveyors, gearboxes and motors.
• Experience applying electrical techniques in industrial maintenance.
• Familiar with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and replace worn or damaged drive components such as chains and sprockets.
• Perform shaft alignments and mechanical adjustments for optimal equipment performance.
• Maintain bearings, shafts, housings and other rotating components; adjust motor mounts and alignments; perform electrical rewiring as needed.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical/control system issues.
• Execute preventive/predictive maintenance to extend equipment life and uptime.

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing operation.
