Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic/test equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical procedures and maintenance documentation.
• Willingness and ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment failures.
• Support motors, drives, sensors, controls, and other industrial equipment.
• Perform maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Identify equipment problems and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Document completed maintenance and repair activities.
• Work closely with production and other maintenance personnel to minimize equipment downtime.
• Follow all plant safety, LOTO, and maintenance procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment-reliability initiatives.

This is a hands-on maintenance opportunity for technicians with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities who enjoy diagnosing equipment problems, performing repairs, and keeping sophisticated production machinery operating safely and efficiently.

The position is an excellent fit for candidates coming from industrial manufacturing as well as military technicians with strong electrical, electronic, mechanical, automation, or equipment-maintenance backgrounds.
