Wynen's in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing of complex steel bridge and structural components. Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems on fabrication and material-handling equipment.

You will perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability and assist with equipment installations to support ongoing production needs.

Formación

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot under downtime pressure.
• Log maintenance activities in CMMS.

Responsabilidades

Key Qualifications/skills

• Proficiency diagnosing and repairing industrial mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work effectively under downtime pressure
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and supporting equipment installs
• Ability to accurately log work in a CMMS
• Commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement
