Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to support a construction materials plant. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to keep production safe and reliable, contributing to continuous improvement.

Work in a safety-focused team, perform preventative maintenance, basic welding, lubrication, and adjustments to conveyors, crushers, mixers, and motors, ensuring uptime and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience with industrial equipment.
• Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and complete effective repairs.
• Basic welding/fabrication capability.
• Knowledge of lubrication and mechanical adjustment procedures.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
