Nationwide Technical Search in St. Louis, MO, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for an onsite, permanent role with full benefits and relocation assistance. The position offers $33-$39/hour on 12-hour shifts (days or nights).

You will maintain and troubleshoot plant electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, read diagrams, test PLCs and VFDs, and help keep uptime while supporting safety and production goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of heavy industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plant electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Read electrical/mechanical drawings and test circuits, PLCs, overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, and VFDs.
• Install, modify, rebuild, and fabricate industrial components and systems.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and support continuous safety, quality, and production goals.
• Hand off shift reports clearly to teammates and management.
