Job summary

Papa John's is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to provide preventive and corrective maintenance for all production and facility equipment at our Center to ensure or improve production efficiency. This is a multidiscipline technician position with pay up to $33/hr DOE.

This role requires PLC diagnostics across Allen-Bradley MicroLogix, CompactLogix, and ControlLogix, plus basic electrical and mechanical repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance and diagnostics.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems and electrical/mechanical issues.
• Willingness to coordinate maintenance projects and support installation work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Assist with facility improvements and basic repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings.
• Troubleshoot PLCs using Allen-Bradley MicroLogix, CompactLogix, and ControlLogix interfaces.
• Lead team in troubleshooting and replacing faulty PLCs.
• Support new equipment installation and general maintenance scheduling.
• Maintain accurate departmental records and coordinate with management.

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventative maintenance duties as assigned.
• Assist with facility improvement and basic repairs including floors, walls, and ceilings.
• Troubleshooting using Allen Bradley MicroLogix, CompactLogix, and ControlLogix PLC interface for diagnostics
• Lead team in troubleshooting and replacement of faulty PLCs
• Assist with new equipment installation.
• Help with basic electrical and mechanical repairs as assigned.
• Assist management with scheduling maintenance projects.
• Support outside contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate and complete departmental records.
