Maintenance Tech
1st Shift- North Charleston
$28-$33 an hour+overtime
Direct Hire Permanent Placement Role

The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for the overall working condition of shop equipment and tools. Must have a strong mechanical background and basic knowledge of repair/maintenance of manufacturing equipment used in the metal fabrication industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance on all shop equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair down machines and report findings
• Maintain work area and ensure a clean, safe work environment
• Assist with the installation of new tools and equipment
• Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality
• Has the obligation to be aware of and comply with environmental, safety policies and regulations and endures duties of high quality standards at all times
