Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to work direct hire at a premier manufacturing client in Middleboro, MA. The role offers a day shift Monday–Friday with competitive pay and long-term stability.

You will maintain, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on automated machinery, read schematics, troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens), and support facility operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS software systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing machinery (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyors).
• Read and interpret schematics/blueprints; use voltmeters (24V, AC/DC, 110V, 480V).
• Perform light welding/fabrication (Stick/MIG) of machine parts.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds, and facility maintenance.

What's a typical day as Industrial Maintenance Technician? You'll be:

• Maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of automated manufacturing machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.


• Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and using voltage meters (with solid understanding of 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, conductors, relays, single and three-phase motors, and 480V).


• Performing light welding and fabrication of machine parts using Stick or MIG welding.


• Troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs), specifically Allen Bradley or Siemens products.


• Assisting with building, grounds, and overall facility maintenance.
