Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire role in Middleboro, MA. You will maintain, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor systems. Shift is Day, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a manufacturing maintenance technician.
• Solid CMMS experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with single and three-phase motors, transformers, relays and industrial control equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing machinery.
• Read schematics and blueprints; work with 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, relays, single and three-phase motors, and 480V.
• Perform light welding and fabrication (Stick or MIG).
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley or Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds, and overall facility maintenance.

What’s a typical day as Industrial Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

• Maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of automated manufacturing machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.
• Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and using voltage meters (with solid understanding of 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, conductors, relays, single and three-phase motors, and 480V).
• Performing light welding and fabrication of machine parts using Stick or MIG welding.
• Troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs), specifically Allen Bradley or Siemens products.
• Assisting with building, grounds, and overall facility maintenance.
