This is a hands-on, active manufacturing maintenance role, and the physical nature of the work is an important part of the job. Technicians should be prepared to: Stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Safely lift and handle materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Work around operating equipment, moving machinery, and production activity. Work in a manufacturing environment where noise levels and temperatures may vary depending on the area of the plant and the work being performed.

You'll be a key part of keeping the operation productive by diagnosing problems, restoring equipment, preventing future failures, and continuously improving how the plant operates.
