Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced distribution facility in Indiana. The role focuses on PMs and troubleshooting on conveyors, AC/DC systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and 480V equipment.

You will perform facility repairs, minor electrical work, diagnose controls and field devices, and document work orders while planning tasks in the CMMS. Strong teamwork and communication are essential to succeed in this environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• PMs + troubleshooting on conveyors, AC/DC systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, 480V

• Document work orders + plan tasks in the CMMS

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Ability to read schematics/blueprints
• Team oriented, adaptable, and able to lead small tasks/projects
