Job Description

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for, but not limited to, assembly, setups, adjustments, maintenance, and repair of equipment. The primary duties are outlined below, but other duties may be assigned as circumstances dictate.

Qualifications:

ASG team members must have a good work ethic, be teachable, and be good team players. A solutions-oriented mindset with a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn and improve, and a willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed are important qualities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Either an Associate's degree in Industrial System Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Advanced Manufacturing, or a related field, OR 1+ years of on-the-job training/work experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or fabrication environment.
• Ability to assemble, disassemble, install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment and robot cells associated with custom automated robotic manufacturing solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints.
• Apply basic math skills to mechanical assembly applications.
• Assist with assembly of control panels and electrical systems as needed.
• General working knowledge of computers.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime if necessary.
• Some occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain it.
• Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
