Job summary

Revolution in Hudson, WI is seeking a Night-Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep equipment running through preventive and corrective maintenance. You will document repairs and communicate with production to diagnose issues, ensuring safety and efficiency on the plant floor.

Responsibilities include maintenance, installation, repair of machinery, interpreting drawings, performing preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations, and reporting daily shift activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with extruders and/or cast film lines is a plus.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical field preferred with 2 years plant manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of electronic controllers.
• Must be able to work the night shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday-Friday.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
• Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments.
• Interpret drawings and schematics of equipment to adjust, maintain or repair machinery properly.
• Respond to requests by production when mechanical issues have been identified and troubleshoot problems.
• Communicate with production to diagnose problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to equipment manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency regarding time and resources.
• Provide daily reports of activities during the shift.
• All other duties as assigned by manager.

Revolution is now hiring for a Night-Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician position in Hudson, WI. This role will be responsible for keeping all equipment operating through preventive and as-needed maintenance and documenting all repairs. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Revolution offers competitive pay range starting at $28-34/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift and up to $3,000 in potential bonus opportunities.
