Industrial Maintenance Technician - Multiple Openings (NJ Area) Pay : $25-$40 / hr depending on experience | 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities

What You'll Do :

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on production machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic issues
• Handle changeovers, setups, and equipment adjustments
• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized
• Work with production teams to minimize downtime
• Follow safety rules and company procedures

What We're Looking For :

• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Comfortable using tools, reading basic schematics or manuals
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Fix mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues on equipment
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
• Help with machine changeovers and setups as needed
• Follow daily checklists and log any repairs or work done
• Work with the production team to reduce downtime and keep lines moving
• Follow all safety rules and wear proper PPE at all times
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Report any major issues to supervisors right away
