Location: Fort Wayne, INPay Range: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Shifts Available:

• 2nd (3 PM - 11 PM)
• 3rd (11 PM - 7 AM)
• Swing (12-hour, 2-2-3 rotation)

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for machinery and technology? We're seeking a Skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge equipment, ensuring our operations run efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical and Electronic Troubleshooting: Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), wiring, and other components.
• Mechanical Maintenance: Conduct repairs on mechanical systems, including motors, conveyors, and pneumatic systems, using precision tools and equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity and reduce downtime.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operation of motorized equipment, production machinery, and control systems while adhering to strict safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 2+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and industrial maintenance, particularly with PLC systems.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and an ability to work from blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA regulations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts.
