Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Durham, NC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and plant utility systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating equipment to minimize downtime and support installations and upgrades.

The role requires a technical degree or hands-on experience, strong problem-solving ability, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

  • Technical degree, certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, or related field.
  • 0-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime, participate in an on-call rotation, and obtain required equipment certifications as needed.
