RTCM USA, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and first-response maintenance across our facilities in a fast-paced industrial setting. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable diagnosing mechanical, basic electrical, and pneumatic issues while following strict safety procedures and LOTO requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance or related hands-on maintenance experience required.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, basic electrical troubleshooting, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose common equipment problems and determine appropriate first-response corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Respond to machine failures and equipment issues and complete repairs within the position's scope.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, basic electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Inspect, repair, and replace routine components such as belts, bearings, hoses, fittings, switches, sensors, and fasteners.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and identify developing maintenance concerns before they result in equipment failure.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Assist with machinery installation, setup, alignment, and adjustments.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and basic electrical schematics.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records, repair logs, and equipment service documentation.
• Follow established safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Full-Time | $25.00–$32.00 per hour

RTCM USA, Inc. seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician/Mechanic to support productionoperations in Dallas. This is a hands-on position responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and first-response maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment across our facilities.

We are looking for someone mechanically inclined, safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable troubleshooting mechanical, basic electrical, pneumatic, and equipment-related issues in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Schedule & Pay

Pay: $25.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Flexibility: Must be flexible based on operational and maintenance needs
Weekends: Some Saturdays may be required
Overtime: As needed

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Experience with production equipment, conveyors, motors, bearings, belts, sensors, switches, pneumatic components, preventive maintenance, fabrication/welding, or LOTO procedures is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on industrial/warehouse position. Employees may work around machinery, moving equipment, noise, dust, and temperature changes and must follow all required PPE and safety procedures. The position also involves physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
