Job summary

RTCM USA, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician/Mechanic to support production operations. This hands-on role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and first-response maintenance on industrial machinery across our facilities.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, dependable, and capable of diagnosing mechanical, basic electrical, pneumatic, and equipment-related issues in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, basic electrical troubleshooting, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and basic electrical schematics.
• Strong safety mindset with attention to reliability, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Respond to machine failures and complete repairs within the position's scope.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, basic electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and service documentation.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
