Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain and repair industrial equipment to reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot machinery and provide sustainable solutions
• Execute preventative maintenance routines
• Support production in a Just-In-Time (JIT) environment
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• (A 2-year degree may substitute for 1 year of experience; a 4-year degree may substitute for 2 years)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work on concrete floors for extended hours
• Familiarity with robotic spray painting and vacuum metalizing
• Proficiency in troubleshooting using PLCs
• Knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to weld (MIG or TIG) and use basic hand tools
• Skilled in fabricating or repairing machine components
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working independently and mentoring junior technicians
• Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills
• Comfortable collaborating across departments and with outside vendors
• Ability to lead or contribute to special projects
• Solid understanding of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
