Aerotek is hiring a Maintenance Technician for an industrial manufacturing facility in Chaska, MN. This full-time role offers up to $42/hour, OT, and comprehensive benefits. The plant is climate-controlled and modern, with strong leadership and a focus on reliability.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience; food/beverage experience is a plus. You will troubleshoot and maintain production equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motors, controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Maintain conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging lines
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot 3-phase motors, PLC-controlled systems, and VFDs
• Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
• Accurately document work orders, repairs, and parts usage
• Follow OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping production running safely and efficiently by maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment, including:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
