Helion is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and minimizing downtime as part of a collaborative team.

You will diagnose electrical systems up to 480V, service conveyors, and maintain packaging and processing equipment, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience required.
• Conveyor maintenance experience including PMs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V.
• Experience with motors, drives, contactors, limit switches, and basic I/O.
• Experience performing both preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting on production machinery.
• Strong teamwork, attendance, and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Perform PMs and corrective maintenance on production equipment.

• Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all plant safety procedures.
