Job summary

Nexus Circular is expanding its maintenance team to support our growing advanced recycling operations. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine servicing, diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.

This role reports to the Materials Manager and collaborates with production to keep lines running smoothly. Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a related field and at least three years of experience with

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in industrial maintenance, mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Test, calibrate, and repair equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Assist with major repairs and machine overhauls as needed.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Keep accurate maintenance records in CMMS system.
