Maintenance Technician I
Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am (must train on 1st shift for first 30 days)

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using a variety of hand and diagnostic tools.
- Assist in the installation, alignment, and testing of new machines and equipment.
- Handle electrical wiring, component connections, and ensure compliance with safety codes.
- Execute rigging, fabrication, and part-fitting tasks using a wide range of materials and tools.
- Support company safety and quality initiatives by following all operational protocols.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with CNC machines, press brakes, material handling systems, and sawing equipment.
- Skills in laser alignment, vibration monitoring, and predictive/preventive maintenance techniques.
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting, VFD programming, and basic PLC diagnostics.
- Welding and oxyacetylene torch skills preferred.
- Must be comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of English (spoken and written).
- Certifications in welding or related technical disciplines are a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Capable of lifting 20–50 lbs consistently.
- Able to bend, stand, climb, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
- Tolerance for working in varied environments, including exposure to noise, heat, chemicals, and mechanical hazards.
