Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards including LOTO, confined space, PPE, PIT, fall protection, hoisting, and hot work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues affecting safety, quality, and productivity; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize condition-monitoring tools (infrared thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonics) for PdM and CBM.
• Mentor and support the development of less-experienced technicians and share best practices.
