Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Proficiency in the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Basic mathematical skills with the ability to perform standard calculations.
• Ability to quickly learn the organization's production processes.
• Intuitive, adaptable, creative, and collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production equipment and machinery in proper operating order.
• Performs preventative maintenance and basic repair.
• Works with Operations to support TPM and machine ownership.
• Checks settings, gauges, HMIs and sensors regularly.
• Performs routine maintenance to prevent mechanical failure.
• Tightens belts, inspects wear parts, and replaces components as needed.
• Greases and lubricates fittings, joints, and motors; cleans and reassembles equipment per OEM specs.
