Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in a fast-paced facility. This temp-to-hire role offers full-time hours and weekly pay, with an on-site orientation and safety training.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of maintenance experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Maintenance certifications are preferred and English literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
• Install, repair and maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans and other machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including 3-phase power, 440-volt equipment and PLCs.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams and use precision tools to inspect equipment.
• Clean, lubricate and adjust machinery and replace worn components.
• Communicate issues with operators and the maintenance planner.
• Prepare bills of materials and participate in improvement projects.
• Perform facility repairs, including carpentry, plumbing and painting.
• Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements.
