Job summary

Libertas Copper, LLC, dba Hussey Copper is seeking Mechanical Maintenance Technicians for the Leetsdale, PA area. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of mechanical equipment in a heavy industrial setting, with emphasis on rotating machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of millwright/industrial mechanic experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment, including rotating machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/blueprints.
• Experience with safe rigging and operating cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety and working in a union environment.
• Must provide own hand tools up to a ½-inch drive.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in an industrial setting with exposure to moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures, and loud noise.
