Job summary

Hussey Copper in Leetsdale, PA is seeking an experienced Millwright/Industrial Mechanic to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rolling mills, furnaces, conveyors, pumps, and other rotating equipment. The role requires 3–5 years of millwright/industrial mechanic experience in heavy industrial environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety.

• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

This role is accountable to:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment (e.g., rolling mills, furnaces, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment).
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems and related components.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, including lubrication, adjustments, and part replacement, in line with work orders and PM schedules.
• Safely rig, move, and position equipment; operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to support safe and reliable operations.
