Job summary

The role involves preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to improve equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support safe plant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience maintaining pumps, motors, valves, and process equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
• CMMS and work-order documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment problems.
• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, valves, piping, and process equipment.
• Inspect, repair, and replace bearings, seals, couplings, and other mechanical components.
• Read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation; complete work orders in CMMS.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.
• Follow OSHA, food-safety, sanitation, and plant-safety procedures.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and other maintenance team members.
