Job summary

Laurelcrest in McMinnville, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems and production equipment in an industrial warehouse setting. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Able to execute physically demanding tasks and stand all day.
• Previous mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or similar environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely use common hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on warehouse and facility equipment.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC and air-handler systems and filters.
• Troubleshoot compressed air systems, including air compressors, dryers, and regulators.
• Inspect boilers and related equipment; perform routine maintenance within training level.
• Inspect and maintain air handlers, exhaust systems, and pumps; replace worn components as needed.
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate outside service when appropriate.
• Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance parts and consumables.
• Work with production personnel to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
