Job summary

gpac seeks a skilled Maintenance Tech to support the operation and upkeep of a manufacturing facility in Alliance, Ohio. You will maintain production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and help ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance leadership to identify and resolve equipment issues quickly and sustain reliable production processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or college education preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with reading mechanical prints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist with spare parts management and on-site maintenance tasks.
