Ace Precision Inc is seeking an Industrial Machine Repair & Preventative Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin to maintain and service shop equipment including CNC machines, PLC controllers, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. The role requires a two-year technical degree with five years of related experience or equivalent combined education and experience.

Focus areas include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with attention to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree with five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to interpret technical instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic math skills.
• Initiative, sound judgment, and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventive maintenance on shop equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Interpret manuals, drawings, and specifications to solve problems and guide repair procedures.
• Disassemble, repair, replace parts, and reassemble equipment; perform basic fabrication and assembly.
• Maintain facility systems such as heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical.
• Handle wiring, piping, and basic electrical repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support equipment relocation, installation, and requisitioning of parts or supplies.
• Safely manage hazardous materials and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
