Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Additional training in related fields may be necessary.
• 3+ years of industrial machinery maintenance experience.
• Welding experience required (SMAW, GMAW).
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, safe condition.
• Perform preventive maintenance and extensive repairs as directed by manufacturer recommendations; use CMMS.
• Repair equipment per manufacturer's specs and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Log inspections and communicate via CMMS; monitor inventory as needed.
• Assist with facilities maintenance (plumbing, lighting, general building repairs).
• Ensure safety policies are followed and attend to attendance requirements.
• Operate forklift and other industrial equipment; read electrical/structural blueprints.
