REFRESCO, a leading beverage manufacturer, seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production and packaging equipment. Key skills include hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, ladder logic, and electrical troubleshooting, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, reads maintenance docs fluently, and is willing to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong Electrical/Electronic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance per schedule to prevent breakdowns.
• Use root-cause analysis to investigate breakdowns and line stoppages with other departments.
• Serve as first responder when a line stops producing; bring in appropriate electrical/mechanical support.
• Support food safety and quality programs to ensure compliance.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and manage work orders.
